Their tubs are handcrafted at the showroom on Gage Ave. Excellent customer service, the salesperson is wonderful. We got the Okanagan 7ft by 4 ft. You can float in the tub on hot summer days yet it is a hot tub-that you can stand and sit upright making it very roomy with 6 people! No need to bring in a crane to install the hot tub, it is assembled on site. We had installation done by a general contractor and was constructed perfectly.
Excellent customer service, quality tub. Best decision we ever made.

I have the total therapy tub. It is 5' deep × 7' round. It is the perfect size to do therapy at home. The salesman was polite, professional and very helpful. We did have a problem with the initial instal, however, the salesman rectified the problem immediately. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the tub. Fantastic product to help me be the best I can be.
